David Antonacci

Marketing Programs Specialist

David is responsible for coordinating the production of ARI’s fundraising and marketing materials, and for devising and coordinating donor incentive programs.


David Arceneaux

Web Specialist

David provides technical support for all of ARI’s Websites, and provides Web development support for ARI projects.


Thomas Bowden

Analyst

As a member of the Academic Division, Tom writes articles and op-eds for ARI.


Jeff Britting

Archivist

Jeff is responsible for managing the Ayn Rand Archives, a special collection of the Ayn Rand Institute, which includes arranging and preserving Ayn Rand’s personal papers and effects.


Mark Chapman

Vice President of Development

Mark oversees fundraising, marketing and development programs for the Institute. He also oversees operations of the Ayn Rand Bookstore and is responsible for sales, marketing and customer service of the Objectivist Conferences business.


Kathy Cross

Gift and Estate Planning Manager

Kathy manages the Atlantis Legacy, ARI's planned giving program, assisting donors with bequests and charitable trusts as well as various tax-advantaged gift arrangements. She can also answer basic tax and estate planning questions, and help donors execute outright gifts of securities and other non-cash assets.


Steven Dougherty

Human Resources/Legal Manager

Steven provides support to the Vice President of Finance and Administration and manages ARI's human resources and legal programs. He also coordinates ARI’s Volunteer Program. Marilee Dragsdahl

Education Department Manager

Marilee is responsible for managing all aspects of the ARI essay contests, the high school curriculum program, the books to teachers program, campus clubs and other education-related projects.


Chris Elsee

Academic Coordinator

Chris provides administrative support to the Vice President of Academic Programs, and assists departmental projects.


Alex Epstein

Fellow

As a member of the Academic Division, Alex writes op-eds and other materials for ARI as well as gives media interviews.


Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Director.


Simon Federman

Marketing Communications Specialist

Simon coordinates the design and production of marketing materials for ARI, the Ayn Rand Bookstore and Objectivist Conferences.


Julie Ferguson

Vice President of Finance and Administration

Julie oversees facilities, administration, accounting, IT, legal and human resources. She also acts as ARI’s Treasurer.


Debi Ghate

Vice President of Academic Programs

Debi oversees ARI’s Academic Division, whose focus is on writing, editing, teaching and administering ARI’s OAC while managing current academic programs. She serves as a primary liaison with academic deans, business schools, college professors, students and other intellectuals, and is responsible for the development of new academic support programs.


Onkar Ghate

Dean, Objectivist Academic Center and Senior Fellow

Onkar Ghate, Ph.D. in philosophy, teaches philosophy in the Objectivist Academic Center. He manages aspects of the OAC program and is responsible for developing the OAC curriculum. He also writes, edits, and gives interviews for ARI and is responsible for providing philosophical oversight for various departmental projects.


David Gulbraa

Donor Services Specialist

David manages the contribution database, responds to donor inquiries, handles registration for special events, and provides customer service for Objectivist Conferences.



Elan Journo

Fellow

Elan writes, edits and gives interviews for ARI as a member of the Academic Division.


Rachel Knapp

Accounting Manager

Rachel provides ARI and related entities with accounting, bookkeeping and general office-related services.


Duane Knight

Corporate and Foundation Development Manager

Duane manages ARI’s relations with corporations, businessmen and foundations.


Kurt Kramer

Media Relations Specialist

Kurt assists with a wide range of media-related projects, including promotion and outreach. He distributes ARI’s op-eds and letters-to-the-editor, and arranges interviews.Kurt is responsible for all of the administrative support in the Washington, D.C. office and is primarily responsible for logistical planning of public events, travel, and communication with the Irvine, CA office.


Arthur Lechtholz-Zey

Information Technology Coordinator

Arthur provides technical support for hardware and software as needed for various departmental projects, including database development.


Keith Lockitch

Fellow

Keith Lockitch, Ph.D. in Physics, teaches writing and other subjects in the Objectivist Academic Center. He also writes, edits and gives interviews for ARI.


Matt Ludin

Education Department Specialist

Matt provides support for the Education Department Manager. He also supports the campus clubs, coordinates essay contest inquires, the high school book program and curriculum programs.


Matt Morgen

Campus Clubs Coordinator

Matt provides support to Ayn Rand campus and community clubs. He also provides general support for the Education Department and the Education Department Manager.


Donna Montrezza

Proofreader/Editor

Donna proofs copy and assists with a wide range of projects.


Bryan Olive

Customer Service Manager

Bryan oversees customer service for the Ayn Rand Bookstore and Objectivist Conferences, and donor services for the Ayn Rand Institute.


Media Relations Strategist


Richard E. Ralston

Publishing Manager

Richard manages ARI Press as well as oversees ARI’s publishing projects.


Jeff Scialabba

Writer and Research Coordinator

Jeff provides support to the Academic Division and editorial assistance with ARI’s donor newsletter, Impact.


Anu Seppala

Vice President of Cultural Programs

Anu oversees ARI’s media, education, professional outreach, Ayn Rand Archives and publishing Departments. She is also responsible for overseeing speaker relations for ARI’s public outreach projects and Objectivist Conferences.


Kate Sherwood

Administration Coordinator 

Kate is the primary telephone operator and receptionist for ARI. She responds to general inquiries and forwards specific inquiries to appropriate parties, as well as maintains all incoming and outgoing mail operations. Kate supports all Administration programs including accounting and human resources.


Stacy Smith

Customer Service Coordinator

Stacy provides shipping and logistical support for the Ayn Rand Bookstore and for ARI’s Donor Services projects.


Meg Sullivan

Education Department Coordinator

Meg supports Education Department projects, including essay contests, the free books to teachers program, campus clubs, and the curriculum program.


Don Watkins

Analyst

As a member of the Academic Division, Don writes op-eds and other materials for ARI as well as gives media interviews.  He also provides editorial assistance with ARI's donor newsletter, Impact.


Lin Zinser

Vice President of Public Outreach

Lin Zinser oversees operations of the Ayn Rand Center, ARI's division in Washington, D.C., and its public outreach programs, including media and think tank relations, along with outreach to professional groups.
