Please send us an e-mail and we'll do our best to help.
- While viewing the video, the presentation stalls occasionally or gets disconnected.
In order to view the video, you must be connected to the Internet with at least a 56k modem. Although such modems are capable of 56k connections, the actual rate of your connection to the Internet will vary. If you can, try reconnecting to your ISP in order to establish a faster rate.
- RealPlayer displays an error message indicating the files are inaccessible.
Possible problem: If you are on a company network or use a cable modem/DSL connection to reach the Internet, your computer may have "firewall" software to shield it from hackers. RealPlayer sometimes conflicts with firewalls, but the problem is solvable. Real.com offers instructions on how to configure RealPlayer to work from behind a firewall.
Please let us know if you are encountering other problems. We'll try to help as much as we can, time permitting. Just e-mail us.
