To the Editor,

If you are protesting out of concern for Iraqi innocents, read how Saddam terrorizes them--their only hope is his destruction.

If you're protesting out of concern for your security, get a history book. Appeasement of evil violence always encourages more evil violence--it has to be stopped by force.

If you're protesting because of the UN's recalcitrance, understand what it is, a committee of dictators and power-peddlers.

If you're protesting because your teachers, professors and union leaders taught you that everything evil emanates from the United States, get a mind of your own--and look at reality.

If you're protesting because you can't stand the thought that Bush and Howard were elected, get over it--this issue is too important to be distorted by grudges.

If you're protesting because you don't think you have a right to attack Saddam until he attacks you, get an undertaker--targets of weapons of mass destruction don't get a chance to counterattack.

If you're protesting to express your rebellious youth, or re-live it, get a life--and leave war to the grownups.

And if you're protesting because you don't know what else to do about a nasty world, then get out of the way of those who are prepared to get real about--security, justice, liberty .
