No. People are born Arab the way they're born white, black, blue-eyed or tall. It's in your genes, but it doesn't make you think or behave in a certain way. In the United States, we try very hard to judge people as individuals--by what they make of themselves rather than by who their parents and grandparents were. (What credit or blame could you get for something that happened before you were born?)
