Dear Editor,

If President Bush takes the "measured, proportional" response to terrorism that is all too typical for our country, it will simply ensure more attacks in the future. The long overdure proper approach is to lay waste to all known terrorist training camps and, more important, to the governments that harbor them. Let the world's dictators know that this is the price they will pay for sheltering those who would attack America.
