Dear Editor,

Asking our kids to donate money to Afghan children is monumentally immoral. That the money will reach only those who are fighting the United States, giving comfort to our enemy, there is no doubt.

The most grievous damage is that such a call induces sympathy in our children, granting-by means of Afghan children orphaned and starved by their terrorist masters-equal moral status to the terrorist butchers.

Indeed, such action teaches this nation's kids selflessness and servitude: the very lesson those who smashed into the World Trade Center were trying to teach us.

Send your child to school Monday with a transcription of the Declaration of Independence in lieu of a dollar. That at least stands some chance of improving the condition of the Afghan children by teaching them to reject the ideas of their masters.

Sincerely,
